Our daughter had a cold several weeks ago and because not everything cleared up from her ears the provider could not do much testing. But she explained us the whole process and made sure we would get a re-schedule for a time that better fits our schedule. She even encouraged us to be proactive and re-schedule the next appointment if it is not going to be at least six weeks after any upper respiratory infection.

Everyone I spoke to yesterday was so kind and helpful. The entire experience was well explained and calm
