My husband and I are so grateful for Dr. Devonshire and her team. The amount of preparation, time, and thoughtfulness she put into our daughter's visit was remarkable. I cried with relief in the parking garage when we left, I was so happy to have a provider we trust who is so knowledgeable in food allergies. We're so relieved and grateful to have a plan of care to hopefully gain some more safety and protection for our daughter. We feel very lucky to live in Cincinnati and have such close access to the care at Cincinnati Children's.

I just wanted to leave a little bit of feedback on our nurse as well as Morgan Schmalz. Our nurse's name was Sarah. I cannot remember her last name, but she did awesome. She worked so well with my daughter and she was so patient with her. And during the time that we were waiting in between our food tests, she helped entertain her and really kind of just let her be at ease during the whole appointment. So I really appreciate everything Sarah did. And then Morgan Schmalz has always been great to work with. Again, in going through something where you're not quite sure what's going to happen, she explains everything really well. And then it's just so pleasant to talk to, communicate so well. So we really enjoy our experience and look forward to our next food challenge. Thank you.

Dr. Hassoun was really, really great with our daughter, as well as all of the nursing staff upstairs and on the first floor. And she had to go take blood work. The nurse took gentle care of her and tried to distract her and keep her laughing. The nurse upstairs, not only did they go out of their way to find us formula and have the nutritionist come, they gave her toys so she was comfortable, hugs. It was just a wonderful experience.

Everyone on the Allergy team is very knowledgeable, understanding of anxieties, and patient with the children and family members. They help make the parents feel comfortable and always say it's OK when the kiddo is demonstrating child like behaviors. I really appreciate how understanding they are of the situation. Doctor Underwood is very realistic and honest with her conversations and outlook on the future which is also very helpful and appreciated. The doctors and the team were very easy to contact, ask questions, and work with.

I would just like to say that the provider did a great job with my son. My son has a lot of trauma around an allergic reaction that he had and was nervous that they were going to have him do more food challenges. But the doctor was very good about understanding my son's fears and being able to provide him with information and allowing him to help make his own medical decisions.

Dr. Kim and her nurses were awesome! They did everything they could to make my kid feel better and went above and beyond! One of the best (minus my kiddo not feeling well of course) experiences ive had with healthcare workers. They worked well together and showed that through their creativity with coming up with new ideas that worked best for treating my daughter. Im currently in nursing school and they have certainly become an inspiration for the nurse I want to be.

The nurses and Dr were all so patient and understanding of how my daughter was feeling. My daughter was so scared and not being cooperative at all, to the point that I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to do the allergy test. The nurses and team really took so much time to work with her and try different approaches until we were finally able to get the testing done. It really makes such a big difference in a stressful situation with a child. They were all great!

Dr. Ahmad is great. Both times we have met with him, he has been compassionate, caring and really listens to us and [Patient Name]. When our son had questions, he turned and gave him full attention! The medical assistant who took us back and took vitals was very nice but could use some more training. She struggled with taking height and BP and reading the chart to convert the numbers. Overall we had a great experience and felt involved with his final treatment and plan of care! Scheduling also did a great job of coordinating our appointments in a timely manner as we travel 4 hours to get to these appointments.

Dr. Devonshire is the most amazing physician we have ever worked with. She is so thorough, kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and determined to help us navigate a complex situation. I am so reassured by her knowledge of the literature, and she is a fantastic teacher, ensuring I understand all parts of her lab results and care. Her recommendations are excellent and effective, and she listens so well to make sure my voice is heard and accounted for in my daughter's care. While others dismissed my concerns, she validated our experiences and took so much time to help understand and guide us on moving forward. We are so appreciative!

All of the nurses on Dr. Hassoun's team were absolutely wonderful with [Patient Name] and I for his very long appointment. They worked with me to get the appointment completely changed from a short follow-up appointment to a complete food testing appointment, which was not easy for them, I'm sure. They were wonderful. They had cars set out with a little ramp for him and a mat. They brought in a special book. They were all very kind and gentle and patient with him, and it was all so appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about the team with Dr. Hassoun at the Liberty Campus. Thank you so much.

Dr. Abonia did not acknowledge my child upon entering the room, or for most of the visit his bedside manners with the patient were poor. I wouldn't recommend him.
