[Patient Name] was so nervous going in and during, but after said he never felt so heard, supported and trusted by a team. He was so happy that we went and moving forward with the clinic. He felt so comfortable with everyone. He appreciated how everyone explained everything to him and spoke to him and not just at him.

Dr. Popler and LPN Tala were excellent as always! I also appreciated the resident who joined; they are a great listener, I wish I could remember their name. Everyone was very kind and supportive, and Dr. Popler was openly appreciative of my growth over these years I've been seeing her. I'm very happy with my care team at Children's!

As we were leaving the office, my teen son- completely unprompted- said that was the best Doctor experience he has ever had. I acknowledged his comment and asked him to tell me more. He said the doctor was kind, listened and made him feel like a whole person and not just a kid who didn’t know anything. He left feeling cared for and empowered. At 14, that’s HUGE. Thank you!
