The wait time was excessive and I believe the provider was actually changed without notifying me, because when I made the appointment, the provider was referred to as a man, and the provider we saw was a woman. Makes no difference to me, it was just frustrating after waiting around an hour after the appointment time with no updates and then to have someone different walk in.

Dr. Churico kept telling me for everything I tried to discuss with her that another appointment would need to be made but she sat in the room for at least 15 minutes just trying to refill prescriptions but not letting me to talk about anything while she was doing it.

Everyone at the health facility is friendly and helpful. Very glad I went in got answers to a lot of questions.
