Everybody is extraordinarily kind to me at the clinic. I've had a difficult time getting to the clinic because of the way things are set up. They take you all the way around and you have to come back in from almost the Eden Prairie Mall. But now that I've got it figured out, things should go better. But when I'm in talking to my doctor. I'm trying to explain things and it seems that I'm just not getting heard and I have some concerns that I need to get taken care of. I've got some records on file that should be on file at the record hall or wherever you

The lady who checked me in was really nice too. She asked about the stickers on my water bottle and we had a pleasant conversation during check in.

I think the pre registration online isnt effective because you still have to do most at in person check in and the questionnaire is also ineffective because not reviewed and a wasteful charge to insurance

Everyone is so polite and nice, from the front desk, the MA, Natalee of course and the lab. I also work for Fairview and our front desk is not even close to how you get treated at Eden Prairie. They make you feel so welcome and they care. Thank you so much!

Dr Chromy listened carefully to everything I had to say about my health concerns. Suggested preventative procedures and didn't make me feel pressured, allowed me to make my own choice if I chose to schedule additional services or not. She took the time to discuss each concern in detail.

Was placed with Natalie after and accident and have seen her since that date. Natalie is compassionate, invested, and takes her time with patients. FAR better than any M.D. that I have ever seen in that clinic. It would behoove this practice to retain her.

It is the norm for me to feel an appointment with the provider is rushed and that I still have questions after the appointment. Natalee is always prepared for the appointments. She discusses options for intervention in detail. She makes referrals and addresses all of my questions. Additionally, she asked questions about my conditions that I had not thought of, and she directly addresses the issues. Most importantly, I always feel heard and that she truly cares. It was a great experience.
