My experience was very informative, I left knowing a lot more about how important a colonostpy is. My mental experience was fantastic. I was joyed, relieved, and hungry as one could be. Overall im glad I had the procedure done. Thank you

Never had a problem, the reps. are great and then some, the nurses are polite and knowable, and Natalee Chromy is the BEST!!

Everyone at the EP office is great. The woman who checked me in was friendly and welcoming and the nurse who did my intake was very friendly and kind, even as she was training

I like the pre-check-in procedure so I was able to check in and register before I arrived at the clinic and it just made the whole process so much smoother versus being handed a clipboard and asking to fill out and answer questionnaires. I did it all online and it was very efficient and I appreciated that.

I sincerely love Natalie Chromy. She is intelligent and is proactive in her care. She always knows the answer to any questions I have. Also, she always runs on time, so no extra waiting. Very happy with how quick my lab results come in and Natalie's comments about them.

I am pleased to say as usual every aspect of care met or exceeded expectations from scheduling, to check in, to provider visit, to the lab encounter & visit summary. All happened timely so that I feel I am getting top notch care delivery which is very reassuring.

I was very pleased with the woman that helped me when I checked in. She was very polite, a very nice woman, and told me, you know, what my next steps would be. Also, the nurse that checked me in in Natalie's office was very, very pleasant and explained things to me very well. And I'm sorry I don't know either of those people's names, but both of those people, and then of course, Natalie is always does an awesome job. And so I would need to give her recognition as well. She's very easy to talk to. She listens well and she explains things very clearly. Thank you.

Dr. Chromy is an excellent provider. Easy to talk with and she asked what she could do for me, and addressed my concerns. Very friendly staff in the lab as well. Everyone was very pleasant. I was able to get my Covid shot immediately, expertly administered--I never felt anything. Thanks everybody.
