The preop care and postop care I received the day of the surgery was phenomenal. Michelle my preop nurse was excellent rest of the staff her were awesome and super friendly and knowledgeable as well. My postop nurse Stacy was very kind and experienced had a great bedside manner. It made me feel very comfortable and well care for. Doris the physical therapist was also very knowledgeable and patient and I appreciated the time she took to help me feel comfortable with the walker. I feel they were instrumental and a very intricate part of my recovery and I truly appreciate them and thank God for each of them.

I felt like he was overwhelmed when he walked in the door like he had a lot going on and it was showing with his body language and the way he was talking and listening to me. I seemed like I was being rushed and the comment he made about my issue, he said I don't think that that's happening with your knee. I felt that was rude because I know what's going on with my body and I was told he was a good Dr and he would do what he could to help me. But by telling me what's not happening made me think otherwise about him. But after I let him finish talking and basically seen that he was just about to send me home and try not and do anything I spoke up and just said I need to know what's going on with my knee I'm telling you I been having problems and I really need answers. He then had a change of mind, that's all I wanted to be heard and taken seriously so I can see what's going on with my knee. Overall I really think he was tired and overwhelmed the day I seen him.
