He talks, thinks, talks, makes a plan, then second guesses himself, makes a new plan, I write it down, he puts things into a computer. He walks out the room makes another recommendation then tells me what he will change his mind about something then tell me a thing. I leave a little confused. Writing out a plan then printing off what we talked about before I leave would be a huge help to make my medication changes.
