The ability to listen to my questions and patiently answer. Taking the time to explain to me my problem and how to deal with it. In general the doctor and staff were extremely kind - a quality I admire in the medical profession.

The doctor checked in often with Michael before and after surgery and gave him plenty of his time and to discuss any concerns and go over what to expect before and afterwards. Very friendly and humble.

I had experienced an extremely painful gallbladder attack and went to emergency room and was admitted. Dr. Staudinger explained the options and why surgery was the best course of action. The Laparoscopic surgery went very well and my recovery was pretty easy. The gallbladder was already partially dead and I dont want to imagine the outcome if if I did not have the surgery right away. If you have gallstones go to a surgeon for opinion. Primary Care Dr’s seem only concerned if symptoms present.

The receptionist who takes your insurance cards, filled out papers, etc. was excellent. Very efficient, knew what she was doing, and so very personable. Unfortunately I can't tell you her name.

I was very scared and hesitant to have this [ ] but Dr. Staudinger took the time to explain everything to me twice so that I fully understood my decision. He didn't rush me or coerce me into making decisions. His bedside manner is phenomenal.
