The doctors were so personally, down-to-earth, and happy to help when we had procedural questions as well as "where do we go from here" questions.

The intake session went well. The doctor was very professional; But, he was also relatable and humorous. The check-in process was quick and easy. No complaints. We would definitely recommend to our friends, family members, co-workers, etc.

Staff and providers are prompt, not leaving patients waiting in the lobby like many other offices do. The office is also never crowded in my experience. I'll prefer all appointments here.

My first intake gave me hope that we will figure out a diagnosis for my son and find the best treatment plan. We are waiting for the evaluation for my son pending insurance approval.

I felt as if I was taken seriously and everyone was so sweet with my daughter. I finally feel like there is a light at the end of tunnel for getting her help. I literally recommend you all to my sister earlier today.

I really liked our provider. Also we got sick and were afraid we'd have to reschedule the appointment we had waited months for. Instead, the office switched us to a virtual visit the day off. We were so grateful!

My child was working on an assessment and tried to save it. As a result, it could not be recovered and she had to do it all over again and was very frustrated. I would recommend investigating why the particular software doesn't have an automatic save feature, and I had to persuade my daughter to do it again and I had to deal with the frustration.

Very long wait time. I had a intake apt. on November 29th I still have not been scheduled for the test. I have called many of times to have it scheduled and there is always something.
