Dr Orallo listened to me, had read my records and knew why I was there, and offered suggestions which we discussed. I did not feel like just another patient and he did not rush me.

Very nice visit. Really took the time to talk about symptoms and what needed to be done. Was refreshing to feel heard! And felt taken care of.

Dr. O. Listened intently. He told me things I hadn't heard before about my diagnosis that was pretty enlightening. He also explained medication I have been taking and it probably needs to change. I was very impressed with him, his knowledge, and his bedside manner!

I used ChatGPT for follow up questions as to why he recommended another diagnostic procedure vs the one I had requested. I believe his recommendation was accurate and appropriate, I just wish he had explained why.
