Everyone was very helpful at the office, including the staff and the doctor. One issue is getting the person to schedule my colonoscopy. It's been a very difficult situation reaching her. Thank you.

The appointment and responsiveness to questions is non existent. I tried to change my appointment but couldn't contact anyone. My chart wasn't helpful. The navigator referred me to the same phone number that was un responsive. When I called the office I was always put me on hold for a very long time. I gave up but find communication with the office impossible to work with. Very frustrating!

I had an issue with getting one of my meds renewed and I only had enough pills left for 3 more doses. When I was there, the Dotor sent a new script to CVS. Apparently, I needed a new preauthorization to get it filled. So, I asked the office via My Chart to send preauthorization to Optum RX so that my local CVS could fill it. The office responded very shortly after my request and my script was able to be picked up last evening right before I was due to start the new bottle. Thanks to the staff response I was able to continue my med without missing any doses.

Front desk set up is a little confusing. Three staff members...wasn't sure where to go to check in. And maybe move the water out of the waiting room. Staff members coming out to use it makes it appear I'm waiting to be seen until after they get situated with their beverages.
