The appointment was on time, each staff member executed their job exceptionally. The doctor was knowable and provided a solution to my issues. I will be returning when I need additional assistance.

I was pleasantly shocked that I did not have to sit in the waiting room for hours; my past experience in our states where I have lived is that the average waiting time for an orthopedic surgeon's appointment was 4 hours. Dr. M. was kind, efficient, and very willing to explain what treatment options could be possible.

It has always been very easy to get appointments, to be seen, to have excellent care. All the staff has worked well together. I really feel that I am welcome and my concerns are considered and discussed with me. It's an excellent facility.

Dr Maugens is an incredible doctor. He performed surgery on two of my fingers a few years ago and it was very successful. I will be having surgery again in a couple months with my other finger. I highly recommend him!
