I had fallen and damaged my shoulder. This is the first time this practice has seen me. I usually go to the Voorhees Office but there were no available appointments. Great experience, friendly people.

I am so glad Dr. Haydel.was my surgeon. Had a bad ankle break. Slipped on ice, ambulance took me to the emergency room and I was admitted to Virtua. Surgery the next day when I met Dr. Haydel. When I asked his specialty was good to know breaks and fractures. I hear he is a top trauma surgeon. Grateful he was one to perform surgery.

I am a senior and I was made to feel very comfortable. I was very nervous, but the staff made me feel very comfortable and I will go back to this place again if necessary. A very good job.

The staff at the desk was wonderful. The doctor just did not have a lot of bedside manner. I mean, I don't think we got our questions answered and he told us one thing and wrote something else on another about physical therapy. He told us six weeks and it was four. So it wasn't the great bedside manner. Thanks.

Dr. Haydel has actually brought my trust in him for not following protocol and actually listening and coming to a conclusion of a plan of action for my treatment. And I am extremely grateful for his professional opinion and courtesies and plan of action for my healing. And he is the only doctor I trust. So it says a lot about how I was treated that he used his head to come to a plan instead of protocol. And I thank him for that.

Your front office staff is a lot to be desired. They are not friendly or courteous some of them tended to have an attitude. The doctor didn't seem particularly interested in what I had to say just wanted to diagnose me and get me out. I did not feel he had a warm bedside manner.

The dr rushed my appointment and did not seem concerned about me at all. He refused to refill my meds so that I could be comfortable as my pain level is a 10+. He spent less than 5 minutes with me.

Sign in process not at all clear. Waited in line behind another patient and then finally person recognized me and indicated I needed to sign in, sit down, and wait to be called for check in. I am sure this could be better organized if desired.

Yes, I would just like to say that everyone from the receptionist on up to the doctor were very friendly. They were very concerned about the patients and they explained everything.

Everyone was very helpful. Checked me in quickly and saw me before appointment time. Offered me a wheelchair so I didn't have to use walker. The doctor was awesome.
