Dr. Haydel listened very well to me. He has a lot of confidence in himself, which I really liked. And I would definitely recommend him for any type of treatment that he does. Thank you so much.

Your front office staff is a lot to be desired. They are not friendly or courteous some of them tended to have an attitude. The doctor didn't seem particularly interested in what I had to say just wanted to diagnose me and get me out. I did not feel he had a warm bedside manner.

The dr rushed my appointment and did not seem concerned about me at all. He refused to refill my meds so that I could be comfortable as my pain level is a 10+. He spent less than 5 minutes with me.

Sign in process not at all clear. Waited in line behind another patient and then finally person recognized me and indicated I needed to sign in, sit down, and wait to be called for check in. I am sure this could be better organized if desired.

Yes, I would just like to say that everyone from the receptionist on up to the doctor were very friendly. They were very concerned about the patients and they explained everything.

Everyone was very helpful. Checked me in quickly and saw me before appointment time. Offered me a wheelchair so I didn't have to use walker. The doctor was awesome.

I waited an extremely long time to get in to see the provider. Other people were in and out, and I was still sitting there. That's the only thing I have to say.

First, the entire staff is wonderful. Second, it was challenging to get x-rays of my leg. The staff and Dr. Haydel worked together in an efficient and unbelievably caring manner to take the x-rays of my leg. I would recommend Dr. Haydel to anybody in my family who needed orthopedic or orthopedic reconstructive surgery. I think he's fabulous. I think the staff is fabulous. And I am grateful for the care that I've had. Thank you.

Dr. Chris. Haydel was very receptive to my mother and very understanding. He also explained the injury, how it looked now, and what she should expect as the fracture heals.

I really like my orthopedic surgeon. He did my hip replacement a year and a half ago. I made an appointment because I was in extreme pain feeling like I broke my hip all over again. Apparently some of the hardware is bad so I need it replaced. The only thing I was not happy about I felt he was completely dismissive with my pain level.
