Very impressed with Dr. Mercogliano. During our discussion he weighed drug interactions and allergy responses before recommending plan of care. His method of questioning showed that he was considering all possible causes and not just focusing on the easiest symptom and stopping there. I feel confident that I received excellent care and look forward to working with the doctor to achieve a better quality of life.

My experience with the receptionist that she did not know what she was doing. She charged me a co-pay that I was not supposed to pay with my credit card. Also the staff assistant, who did my blood pressure read it wrong and I felt like she was rushing me to get my EKG done. When I asked a question about holter monitor on how to use it, I felt she was rushing to answer my questions. I did not like her negative vibe. Also, Dr. Christopher J Mercogliano - did not clarify with me about my shortness of breath. I would like to remove my contact information and any testing done that relates to my Cardiology appointment in Virtua. I already made an appointment at the Cooper University instead. Thank you.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Mercogliano . He has been so good with me since my diagnosis 3 years ago and I think I have the positive outlook that I have today because of him. I would recommend him to anyone. I have always had great experiences with the front desk staff and making appointments had always been a breeze. The techs have usually been great. At this visit, she asked me why I saw Dr Mercogliano . I must have looked confused so she elaborated with "High blood pressure? High cholesterol?" I had never been asked this before and had to relay my diagnosis. Is that information not a available to techs? If not, it should be so we're all on the same page.
