Dr. takes his time and discusses everything, is very caring and makes sure that the patient discusses everything that they are concerned about. And the staff are super supportive, friendly and very, very nice!!!

Sat in room for 1 hrs 35 minutes finally left, noone around to even talk to. Didn't get a call to apologize or reschedule. Never saw Dr at all

I've been trying to contact the billing department for 4 weeks now. I call all day everyday probably 20 times a day, at all business hours, and nobody answers. So if you're looking for an existing billing department, you should probably go somewhere else.

My daughter and I are currently looking for a new PC family doctor in the area. He has been given enough chances to get it together. My mother who has stage four cancer should not have to wait 2 1/2 hours for an appointment in a room. My last routine appointment I chose to come back later in day, he was two hours behind. Still had to wait an hour. We are done…….

Dr. Gunnell is an excellent and trusted primary care physician. I've been with him for some time. He's very busy, but finds time for me when needed.

Very nice staff always feel comfortable with them. Dr. Gunnell always seems like he is not in a hurry to get you out the door. Very outgoing and trustworthy person.

My appointment was scheduled for 7am dr didn’t even arrive to office until 735am rushed in didn’t know anything about me or why I was even at the office I was only at the office for my yearly appointment so I don’t get dismissed
