Dr. Gay is not only very knowledgeable, he's very articulate and very, very skilled at patient care and communication. I am mentally and physically disabled, yet every time I see him, it's incredible. I understand exactly what he's saying. He explains everything exactly the way it needs to be said. He's got the kindest attitude. He's very efficient and thorough. I've never been more happy with a doctor in my entire life. And I'm mentally and physically disabled. I've seen a lot of doctors, even with his young age. He's amazing. I absolutely adore him. I just think the world of Dr. Gay. He's incredible. Thank you.

I want to give kudos to Hillary and Madison who were my RNs on the third floor. They were both attentive, compassionate and showed amazing skills in caring for me. They were absolutely amazing! And made my stay in the hospital comforting. Gabriel on the night shift was also awesome. Brooke the hospital coordinator (I think) was wonderful in trying to coordinate my home care. I can’t remember the names of my PT/OT people but they were awesome in helping me get back on my feet! I hate to call anyone out, but the woman who took me out in the wheelchair to discharge should take a little bit more care with patients. I was slow moving after my femoral neck break and hip replacement and once I sat down in the wheelchair, she just grabbed my legs and spun me and it was awfully painful. I’m so grateful for the care I received while there. Thank you.

I am really glad that I have a doctor that, hears what I am saying. He works great with me getting my goals achieved. Since I changed to Dr Gay,I have felt so much better. My blood pressure has been great. Thanks Dr Gay your the best!

I was familiar with the Vista location based on previous coverage through a former employer. Now that I'm with Senior Care Plus I'm happy to be back. It's clean, convenient and the staff are terrific. I'm very pleased to have been placed with Dr. Christopher Gay. My initial appointment with him was positive and I look forward to moving ahead with him as my primary physician. He approved hip X-rays that very day, in the same facility! And I returned the next morning for blood samples, at the same facility! I'm using exclamation points because in past experience I've had to travel to other various locations for "everything else." Dr. Gay made referrals for 3 specific areas of mutual concern and I'll be soon setting up those appointments to learn details about potential care needs. Thank you.

More medical facilities in Fernley. Don’t care to drive 45 minutes to get to an appointment because there wasn’t one available in Fernley until August. This appointment was a follow-up to a hospital stay in May.

So, based off of my recent experience at the renowned on Vista, as soon as I got in, everybody was super helpful. They attended me very fast and super nice, super nice, super professional. I went back quickly, which means the doctor and the nurses and the assistants and all of them, all the people behind the door were pretty much doing their job 100%. So I didn't have to wait that much. And then when I was with my primary care doctor, he was amazing. He asked a bunch of questions. He knew a bunch of stuff. Even though I had switched care or primary care providers in a day notice. So I appreciate him from the bottom of my heart. He helped out with everything. He got everything that I asked for situated.

Always have had good experiences with Renown. Wait times are minimal and staff is always very professional and friendly. Dr. Gay is working with me on a number of issues and is helping me immensely. Awesome office, highly recommend!

Yes, it is a very nice, urgent care center. We have been going there for 20 years and it's just awesome. I can't say anything bad about it and I would always recommend it to go there. The doctors are great. Thank you.
