Alot of questions don't apply. It was to get a letter to Waste Management confirming I need help to get the can to the curb.They do this service free if medically necessary.Dr Gaywas very good at helping me Usually Krystal Dorman is my primary.She's on vacation Think the clinic is very good.

Dr Gay is a breath of fresh air. I have had to change PCP 5 times in 9 years. When we lived in Southern Oregon we had the same PCP for 22 years. When we moved here 2016 he was retiring.

I was clearly pleased with Dr Gay.
Not so impressed with one of your front desk girls. My check in gal was great but the other one not so much.

The plastic barrier between me and the receptionist limits the patient/ receptionist conversation. We could hardly hear each other talk. Use another type of screen if this clinic think a barrier is still needed.
Second , the medical assistant appeared not to excited about her occupation. She acted like a robot just going through the motions. Minimal effort and when asking me questions about medical history, she never looked at me and was monotoned in her delivery of the question. It would be nice to have her show some care.
Dr. Gay was great. He has the passion of medicine and care for patients.

Maybe he is just young, but he preceded to do the [ ] and was not at all familiar with the [ ] I have been [ ] and it was all on my record in front of him all done right there at the clinic

He's a new Dr in our Fernley Clinic. He knew my medical history when he came thru the door. Dr Gay gave good advice and information about my future treatment.

Been searching for an "above and beyond" provider for my child and this was it. Christopher and staff were all extremely friendly, and understanding. Extremely happy.

If Christopher and staff could get more than excellent they would. Everything was above and beyond expectations and I appreciated everyone. It was easy to speak open and honestly to the entire crew, and made for a fantastic experience.

I visited Dr Christopher Gay as a follow up to a hospital stay because my own primary care Dr was out if the facility. Dr Gay was able to see me with my family members in a fairly quick time frame. He had reviewed all of my records & was very courteous & thorough with his exam & questions & answers. He spent a good amount of time with us & made sure he answered all the questions we had. I will be recommending him to anyone that needs a primary care Dr! :)
