I really appreciate how much Dr. Gay actually listens and spends time trying to figure out the different things that I talk to him about. I felt like I was heard and he gave me some solid information about what I can do to support myself and my health.

All is good, facility is clean, convenient, and personnel are always friendly. Dr Gay was a gap fill since my provider couldn't see me until November sometime. Super happy that your facility has the ability to swap providers when needed to not delay being seen. Very happy with your services to date.

Dr. Gay was very good at listening to my concerns. He explained to me things very well and his recommendations of everything. I didn't feel like I wasn't listened to. I felt heard and understood and I think overall it was a good week.

Dr. Gay was the most thorough doctor I've ever been to in my life. And I really appreciated how detailed he was, how much he cared about learning about me, my history, and then giving me direction on what we're going to do next. So I really like him. I hope he never goes anywhere and he can continue to always be my doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Gay is so awesome. We’re still new as a patients/doctor relationship but so far I’m so happy. He listens and understands and gets to the root of my issues at the time.

Alot of questions don't apply. It was to get a letter to Waste Management confirming I need help to get the can to the curb.They do this service free if medically necessary.Dr Gaywas very good at helping me Usually Krystal Dorman is my primary.She's on vacation Think the clinic is very good.

Dr Gay is a breath of fresh air. I have had to change PCP 5 times in 9 years. When we lived in Southern Oregon we had the same PCP for 22 years. When we moved here 2016 he was retiring.

I was clearly pleased with Dr Gay. Not so impressed with one of your front desk girls. My check in gal was great but the other one not so much.

The plastic barrier between me and the receptionist limits the patient/ receptionist conversation. We could hardly hear each other talk. Use another type of screen if this clinic think a barrier is still needed. Second , the medical assistant appeared not to excited about her occupation. She acted like a robot just going through the motions. Minimal effort and when asking me questions about medical history, she never looked at me and was monotoned in her delivery of the question. It would be nice to have her show some care. Dr. Gay was great. He has the passion of medicine and care for patients.

We need more doctors in Fernley NV. Waiting 6+ months for a new patient appointment is ridiculous. Yes, we use urgent care when sick, but I want to see my doctor not random care providers when I don’t feel good. Let’s do better for Fernley.

I just changed to this provider and this was my first meeting with Dr. Gay. He did not have my medical records from my previous provider, Kaiser, but asked many questions to help me give him a summary of my health history. Dr. Gay was very helpful and addressed my questions.

Dr. Gay was wonderful. He was lively, personable and thorough. He was a joy to visit. He took all the time necessary to go over all of my concerns and take a detailed medical history. He listened carefully to me and treated me very well. I really like him and look forward to our continued doctor-patient relationship.

Dr.Gay is new to Renown. We had a great meeting, very caring and engaged. I hope he stays at the Renown in Fernley as he would be a great fit to take over from the great Dr. Maria Mc Cormackwho has left us sadly. Good luck Sr.Gay, you are off to a great start,

Yeah, I think the clinic had a very friendly staff. I was kind of in and out, not too much of a wait. And my provider, primary health physician, Dr. Christopher Gay, was very knowledgeable and polite, friendly, answered my questions, didn't really rush in any way to get me out the door, just waited until I was done. And then it was always easy to get ahold of or schedule an appointment with if something major comes up. Good experience overall. Very satisfied. Thank you. Bye.
