Dr Croasdale not only is a skilled corneal surgeon, he seems to have mastered time. He pulled up his stool, asked a few pointed questions and then listened to me. I felt that I had the best possible care. Thanks You to his assistant Erin and to Dr Croasdale.

It is not the doctor, per se, that I am ranking; your survey doesn't allow me any other options. It was the lack of communication about the situation, the problems getting an exam room, and the fact that the doctor faced unexpected challenges. Had I been told this, I would have immediately rescheduled. Just as the staff's time is valuable, so is mine.

He is a thoroughly knowledgeable and compassionate physician. Always makes me feel at ease, since I have had severe issues with my eyes in the past. He calms my anxiety. His staff makes me feel at ease as well. Andrea was especially attentive and caring.
