I wanted to thank [REDACTED]. of reconstructive ortho , she does appointment scheduling. I spoke with her today to schedule an appointment with my usual ortho and she was just great. She spent a lot of time with me on the phone to make sure I was able to get what I needed. I spoke with her on 9/14/26.

I'm not sure if provider had a full grasp of my medical history. He also seemed a bit rushed and disconnected.

Dr. Chong was very, very sincere explaining the problems, what I had to do, what the outcome would be, took time, answered any questions. He said, do you understand? Yes, yes, yes, and all outstanding doctor, outstanding doctor. I recommend anybody to him. You're very fortunate to have him on your staff.

Very brief visit with limited time to discuss questions. When a provider looks at his watch it tends to trivialize experience. Would have liked to discuss activities to avoid and exercises which would be of benefit.

I was just a little upset that I got my knee drained and no one told me what to do after... No one Provided me any paperwork as far as care afterwards. If I didn't go home an Google, what I should I do after getting the knee-drained . I probably would've hit a setback. Other than that, the staff and doctors are really great!!!

My appointment was at 2:30 and they took me at 2 o'clock, which is fabulous. Greeted me, answered my questions, told me what I had to do, and I felt very comfortable and I trust Dr. Christopher Chow.
