Dr. Chong and previous staff were very attentive. Dr. Chong was so respectful, knowledgeable, caring and expedient with care! We were expecting the worst multiple delays and horrendous unnecessary visits! We were surprised of x-rays, immediate resolution, and happy with end result! Everything ran super smoothly. From only waiting a few minutes to be called in, to having an ultrasound of my shoulder, to xrays then a consult with Dr. Chong, I was in and out within an hour! Everyone was very nice.

The first doctor to actually examine me thoroughly. He figured out what my pain was and treated me right there in the office. I am now mostly pain free for the first time since 2018. This Dr is the best. I can walk without pain. This is LIFECHANGING to me.
