The receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The nurses are wonderful all of them know me and speak every time I come in. Dr. Paul is the most compassionate and caring doctor. I highly recommend UAB West Pain Clinic

I waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be taken to the doctor's office. 4 people who arrived after me were taken back to the examination area prior to me. This demonstrates poor organization and a complete disrespect of my time.

The entire staff was nice and friendly. I appreciate Dr.Paul so much a very great doctor. Dr.Paul explains everything so you can understand what is going on and what actions need to be taken for you to get better.

I am completely satisfied with my early visit and free parking I had breakfast and shopped in the Gift Shop. Monday morning was best day for me. The doctor’s office staff was most helpful. I am glad UAB is here in Bessmer!!.

I had a great experience at the pain clinic with Dr. Christopher Paul. He explained the entire knee injection process thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. The nurses, Reshundra and Arika, were also amazing and very helpful while assisting Dr. Paul. The whole experience was truly a 10 out of 10! Thank you, Dr. Paul, for such great care and professionalism.
