What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
After Ms. Hock accepted me as a patient my health and wellbeing have drastically improved. My blood pressure (which was dangerously high) is now under control. Also I was able to quit smoking with the help of Ms. Hock. She is full of insightful tips and has given me an overall better life with goals that are obtainable and knowledge that benefits me everyday. Her and her friendly staff make my visits quick and painless.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The communication regarding follow up was poor. I had to call the office to get the answers I was needing. I was not impressed by this and had to do much of the leg work myself. They told me a referral was sent and after calling the office the referral was sent to, they have not received it. Seeking other treatment for my child.

She is Wonderful! Always cares about what I tell her about my health. Very knowledgeable about any symptoms I have. Keeps on top of all tests I need. & Regulates my meds perfectly. Highly Recommend. Shows how much she cares & respects her patients!

She cares a lot, kind, considerate, she deffently knows what she is doing and what she is doing for you. I feel very comfortable when I see her. She is very perfessional and she listens to what you have to say. I really appreciate and like her.

15 minutes allotted is not enough time sometimes. Making a patient wait an hour-45 minutes then getting upset with you when you have more than 15 minutes of things to discuss. Then being passive aggressive toward a patient definitely is not ok. I was not impressed or satisfied with Mrs Hocks service

I have been with Christine Hock for over 15-20 years. She truly cares about her patients and their health is her priority. She takes in the whole picture when talking with you when she sees you at the appointment. She’s the best

Ms. Hock is an excellent practitioner and since her care I have undergone major beneficial improvements in my life. She listens and more importantly has the knowledge and understanding to guide me in the right direction when it comes to my health. I am extremely grateful for her and her team.

This office is extremely disorganized, the front office is unhelpful, and not willing to do the bare minimum. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

I liked Christine better than my other dr [name suppressed] and was ask if I would like to see her seeing she transferred there my answer was no Christine listened to me and that’s what I want from a dr someone who will hear me

I love Chris. She has been my GP/NP for over 15+ years. She takes a vested interest in my health and seeks the best solutions for me with specialists. We communicate through the patient portal, phone and in person. She treats the portal inquires just as important as in person visits
