My former provider left the practice therefore I was assigned a new provider in the practice. This was my first appointment with the new provider. The appointment started late however the provider did not rush the appointment.

This was a new patient visit and Dr. Krueger asked comprehensive questions, asked multiple times if I had further questions, explained matters clearly, took her time with me, and did not make me feel like the visit was being rushed.

She was very well informed, very clear in sharing information and clearly concerned with my situation as a patient. This was our first meeting so both of us were a bit reserved at first. I found Dr Krueger quite pleasant and engaging. She asked many questions (of course) and surprised that she asked me, "What brings you joy?" I had never been asked that question. There are so many things, so I just named a few. The nice part of that was ruminating on that once I got home and saw that the list grew exponentially. It was a revelation.
