I waited a really long time, I'm not complaining but it was incredibly too long to wait for someone to look at my eye and prescribe me eye drops

The whole experience was great and the nurse practitioner Christine Herrington was very engaged explaining, was knowledgeable and very explicit on how to treat my problem and also directed me to return if my symptoms did not improve and go away. Very good experience.

I picked a great time to walk in. Was able to be seen right away. Everyone was so attentive and very kind.

The staff was friendly and amazing. They went out of their way to make sure i was comfortable. I didn’t see one person without a smile.

My NP was exceptional and a great ambassador for BJC. EVERYONE I CAME INTO CONTACT WITH WAS GREAT!

NP, Christina is excellent. Great bedside manners and knowledgeable. This is not our first time seeing her. Her care has been consistent. I also appreciate being able to sit in my car and wait instead of in the waiting room.

Christine was probably the best NP I have seen at BJC Urgent Care. She was knowledgeable and careful with choosing meds that would not interact with meds I currently take. She was professional yet friendly and made me feel comfortable with her treatment plan
