Everyone made me feel very comfortable.

I had no issues with treatment.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Sitting in a waiting room for an extended period with a kid coughing was not ideal.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
We had an appointment at 4pm. We were called back about five til 4.. Christine was not in our room until about 5:45. Our wait was extremely long.

She did very well interacting with my daughter and explaining what pink eye is and how to treat it.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Kristine was very helpful and she listened to me when I told her my sinus were so intense and hurt so badly. She also made sure that in knew what else to try along with the prescription to relieve the pressure.

Christine was extremely good to work with, and got my opinions on the treatment.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, really. I did have to wait for a bit before being called back for my scheduled appointment. But the wasn't bad at all. I was out of the office within 45 minutes of my appointment time. I call that a win!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Miss Harrington very thoughtful she made me feel very comfortable and took care of my medical issues so I'm very happy with her services I will go back again if need be

Yes! Christine was awesome! Her personality made me feel very comfortable and her exceptional knowledge made me realize I was in good hands medically! Loved her!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Christine was professional, friendly and thorough. She was patient and explained results of the exam, explained the prescribed medication and follow up information. Really liked her!

Would have liked to have gotten in earlier. Waited over 2 hrs. But was busy and I wasn’t aware I could have made an appointment.

Christine was very friendly and helpful; she did talk to me as a person not as an inconvenience. Great Job!!

The wait time is outrageous. I waited over an hour and half almost 2 hours.

Christine Herrington NP she was amazing, her kindness and empathy spoke volumes. She was ready to help me in one of my biggest times of need. She could see how I was feeling and was extremely comforting and knowledgeable. She is an amazing and compassionate provider who deserves acknowledgement!

The whole experience was great and the nurse practitioner Christine Herrington was very engaged explaining, was knowledgeable and very explicit on how to treat my problem and also directed me to return if my symptoms did not improve and go away. Very good experience.

I picked a great time to walk in. Was able to be seen right away. Everyone was so attentive and very kind.
