It is always a pleasure despite me pain to visit with Dr Sawires as well with her staff

Dr. Sawires was very knowledgeable about the potential contributing factors of gout and attacks on my bunion joint. In addition, she explained the reasons for my arch pain and recommended ways to find footwear that properly supports the arch and flexes to allow me to walk longer distances without pain. She took the time to clearly explain a course of action for dealing with the bunion and addressing my arch pain.

It was not only the doctor who was excellent, the staff members, when I walked in there, they were very friendly and kind, knowledgeable. When I left, they were very friendly and kind and thankful. I'm in pretty good health. I don't go to a thousand doctors very often. I've been to a few doctors, but she definitely knew what's going on, definitely knew what I needed, what I had done, etc. So she deserves, sadly, you don't have a 10 plus, but I'll give her just a 10. And also, like I said, the assistants, the lady who came into the room, who did the blood pressure, who did this, she asked some questions as well. She was really good too. So she would get the same 10. And then the ladies who were sitting in the office, you know, when you check in, it was a ladies, when you check in, and the lady...

Yes, I feel she's very professional, very sweet, and very informative. I really like her a lot. She seems like a really nice person.

The doctor and her assistant and her office were all very pleasant. The doctor is very knowledgeable and she was very helpful.

Dr. Sawires was a wonderful doctor and an awesome person -very understanding and listened to me which is not something that happens often. Believe me I have gone through hell for the past 13 years with all male orthopedics and greatly appreciate the difference woman doctors give.

Dr. Sawires addressed the several questions and concerns that I had written down. I feel better to have the issues clarified and sorted out.

The doctor herself is very good. Didn't give me specific instructions enough in order to get the device I needed afterwards. I had to follow up with my time. The office staff is terrible in terms of scheduling things. I'm having mis-schedules and I've had to escalate this and it has not been resolved yet at this point.

There are no signs. When you call for an appointment you think you are calling the hospital but you are not. This is very confusing. When you arrive at the "urgent care" not "emergency " there are no signs directing you to the office. I parked walked all around the building to enter where I began. Even leaving, no one directed me, I followed exit signs in office and ended up in the urgent care. What???

My experience with the doctor is good. Now ask me about My Chart. I don't understand how written reports from my doctors have become my chart . I usually can't access it on my phone. Nor should I need to find a way to print it so that I can refer to it later. Senior citizens should not need to be computer savvy to be knowledgeable about their health. I am grateful that I am able to understand much of the information I hear, but new information from a new specialist can be daunting.
