Dr Olivetti is always caring and treats me with respect. She explains any problems I might have and makes the appointment seem less like a "oh no, another doctor's appointment" and more like a friendly visit.

Dr Olivetti is always good to ask questions about any concerns I might have. Explains findings and goes over previous conditions and if they are better or worse. If worse - options to improve. She's always smiling, which makes you feel comfortable.
