She was verry understanding i asked about [ ] and i can npt sleep well due to my [ ] she refused to give me a [ ] and she explained why i Ppriciated her knowlage and respected her decision so she refered me to a [ ] bed side manner excelent she truly cares bout the person thats what makes me confident in my care and marisa somers is my primary and i feel the same exact way about her so this survey should go out to both of them!! Cristina coss is extremely good with anything I have ask from the very first time I went in I drive 40 miles just to see coss she's the only one I would trust

Knowing that I am [ ], Christina Coss gave me plenty of time to process what was said or asked and allowing me to appropriately frame my answer. If I didn't understand, she would rephrase things. She never talks down to me and knows I can be very literal. She also let's my mother, who understands my nuances, to join our conversations.

She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Ms Coss. Was the best provider that I have EVER seen here in Reno or anywhere else. She is amazing and I will definitely be staying with her and I've already told my husband and mother to get her as their provider as well. She is such a great person and doctor. I felt like she actually cared about me and took time to do her job and made me feel very comfortable with her. There definitely needs to be more providers like her at renown. I am so impressed with her and her professionalism.

Christina was listening very well to all my concerns about my medical care and offering and explaining many options that I wasn’t aware of beforehand. Most of all she came off as kind and interested in my health and what I had to say so she could better help/ understand me.

I was surprised that I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving at my appointment. This is not the norm for most appointments these days. The nurse and physician was very prompt and professional.

Dr.Coss is an excellent doctor who always makes me feel heard and understood and will answer any and all questions I have when pertaining to honesty anything. I like her very much and she's actually the reason why I've stayed with the clinic and haven't gotten a new doctor even though I moved across town.

Yes she is very professional and personable. She has always cared about what has happened to me. Or maybe what might happen to me in the future. So she lets me know exactly how she feels. She cares very much about the care of her patients. That's why I am still with her and never change to anybody else.

Everything about her care is excellent. As a woman I get embarrassed easily about certain medical diagnosis's & symptoms, but I literally can tell Coss about all of it and she has a way to make me feel comfortable, not ashamed, & heard. I cannot thank her enough for the care she provides.

The timely manner she gets our appointments done. Normally my appointments would be over an hour easy. And she has gotten a system down to where I get everything out of the appointment needed and the time is cut in half. Her and her medical assistant work very well together.. but Tish is the best medical assistant in the building.
