I will miss Dr Chao a lot. but she recommended Dr [REDACTED], so I feel comfortable about my next visit in September. The office staff is professional and very caring.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the scheduling system for an appointment. When you call in (preferred) the calendars are never ready and appointments can not be booked. You are told to call back or check on line when the calendars open up. This is not an acceptable option and timely appts are not this not made. To me, no other practice operates in this unfriendly customer manner. This is totally unacceptable and needs immediate attention and correction.

Dr. Chao has been my OBGYN for a number of years and I am very sorry to have to change providers because Dr. Chao will be retiring. I wish her all the best, but will miss her very much. It will be a big loss to your practice. Thank you.

Yes, I just wanted to say I've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Christina Chao as well as her staff through all of the years that I have been seeing Dr. Chao and this is over 30 years. So I just wanted to just wish her well and I look forward to the new physician who will be replacing her. Not that anyone really could replace Dr. Chao. She's amazing. So thank you. Bye.

Virtua needs more gyn doctor like Dr Chao. She's professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She saved me from a lot of pain a while back. Excellent bed manners. Respect to Dr Chao. And also thank you to the lady at the front desk who helped me with my billing questions. Her and her supervisor took time to research and answer all my billing questions. They provided me a phone number for any further questions or concerns. Appreciate it.

I've been seeing Dr. Chao for 30+ years and have never had a more wonderful experience among all of the providers I've seen. After going to several providers with no success, Dr. Chao diagnosed my cancer and I will be forever grateful. I'm sad to hear that she will be retiring, but in my opinion, no one deserves it more.
