Doctor was great, receptionist a little short (put out) had to change my insurance and then the waiting was the major concern

Dr. Calvello is great! I just feel that every time I have an appointment I need to block out 3 hours of my day because it seems to always be running behind.

The nurse was super nice and listened to my concerns. Dr. Calvello came in and though she is nice, I felt like I was bothering her. I felt like she was super busy. I felt like there was no reason for me to even be there, because she didn’t even do a Pap. She said I didn’t need one and that I can come next year. Well that’s a waste of time for me to come in. My last Pap was 2 years ago. I have PCOS so I think it’s important to come in at least every few years. So now I have to wait longer than that? I’m just confused and felt dismissed. If I didn’t need a Pap then why did you agree to the appointment? It would probably be wise to tell your patient ahead of time if you’re not having any serious issues, you don’t need to get one this year.

I travel from southern WI to see her. She’s the BEST! Asks many questions, ensures you understand and feel comfortable with the plan, is concerned about your wellbeing and has never failed to help me, even if I have to call with a question. She’s a rockstar!

Dr. Calvello was recommended by my previous retired provider & I was pleased on how much I liked her. It is so important to me to like ones provider and have a trusting relationship! I wish she could be my PCP.
Apparently, I do not have one at this time.
