Dr Akinola is very good. She listens and communicates well. The only reason that I might not recommend the facility is the location. It’s not convenient for someone who is not in the north valley area

This was my first visit with Dr. Akinola, she was very thorough going through my chart. She seemed very interested in my health history. She asked me a lot of questions and made me feel liked she really cared. Probably one of the best doctors I've seen. Looking forward to having her as my primary doctor.

Yes, after my appointment, I wanted to get more information about what I needed to do from there because I wasn't told any information. But in the last couple of days, I've gotten paperwork saying that I need to have a mammography and I need to have a colonoscopy, which was never talked about in the appointment. So now I don't know which facility or where I should go. I would like to have them both done at the same time, if that is okay with my son. He's the one that has to drive me. So in that regard, it would have been nice to know that that was up and coming and find out whether I could do it in the one facility, like get the mammogram first, which is relatively easy.

The front desk was helpful, respectful and courteous. Dr Akinola always explains test results and I have always had Confidence in her care with my health. She is TopNotch respectful and caring . Definitely a huge asset to Renowns Health Team. Thank you for your time

Dr. Akinola was the best PC I have seen recently. She listened to me and focused on what I needed currently and was not distracted by my occasional nervous rambling. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a kind, genuine human.

The receptionists, nurses, and Nurse Practitioners are very friendly, knowledgable and spend time to answer any questions that you may have. I’ve been going to the Renown North Hills for over 15 years for lab work, exams and health problems.

The clerical staff made data entry mistakes even when i handed them written instructions. These mistakes caused MyChart access problems. Luckily the guy helping people with the [ ] found and fixed the problem. Please make accurate data entry an essential skill for the clerical staff.
