From valet, to check in, to the assistant, to Dr. Kaunzinger - every person does their respective job punctually, respectfully and professionally and in a very friendly manner.

As a retired RN from JSUMC I have known Dr. Kaunzinger since he was a Medical Resident. He has been my Internist for over 20 years now. He is a great doctor. He is also a great listener. I have personally recommended him to many people.

I wish the phlebotomist worked as long as the doctor's office hours. I had a late afternoon annual physical (3:30pm) & when we were done, the phlebotomist was already gone by 4:00. I had to come back the next day.

The doctor seemed to listen to the concerns I expressed about some symptoms I was having. The doctor offered no resolution. And in the end, the clinical notes in the visit summary did not reflect any of the information I had shared. It appears the doctor wrote nothing down about the symptoms I was expressing.
