Very excellent care. Worth the drive. Very reassured and feel got expert advice. Was confused and frustrated before appt with care from local provider. Felt 100% better after this appt.

Betty Chou is an excellent gynecologist. I felt that I was heard and understood. She shares medical information with her patients in a way they can understand. I appreciate that about her.

Dr Chou, the other doctor (resident?) who performed the colpo, and the CNA(?) who pepped things were all lovely. I especially appreciated the doctor who performed the colpo - she spent a long time with me, answered questions thoroughly, and took her time. She had read my chart and even had suggestions about another condition I have that I wasn't there to treat. The team worked very well together. They treated me like an autonomous decisionmaker in the room, not a piece of meat to fix.
