Oncology department is effesuently and each nurse is very knowledgeable and caring. Never been in a better place

Doctors do not spend enough time with patients and explained details of their test results. All patients are dumped in a small to wait on next appointment information. No one asked patient their recommendations on when the appointment is scheduled

I was told to be there at 9:30 for a ten o'clock appointment. Then I had to wait until 11. Also someone should clean the return vent. It's filthy. Not a good thing for a hospital.

It would have been a 10 but the lab had issues with processing the blood samples ( this has occurred before) this time I left and went home to return a couple of hours later .)
