Kristen Chillers is the best and you guys have the best staff ever. I've never been to a doctor that is so courteous, caring, and spends time with you to explain everything. Kristen doesn't rush in, see how you're doing, and rush out. And your staff are amazingly wonderful people. I'd recommend this place to everybody that is looking for a doctor. Keep up the good work.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Your staff and everything's fine there. I just have one issue with your policy regarding being late. I was like under seven and a half minutes late, but the people in line ahead of me were, it was slow, which put me over the time. And I was sent, turned around and sent the other direction. There was nobody, I mean absolutely nobody in the office there. That doesn't mean you push someone the back, but it's rather frustrating. You know, to get a ride in there, it's a big hassle for me because I'm not able to drive regardless. You know, I can't help traffic all the time, how it goes, regardless if it's my ear than I'm late. I can't help that all the time. But again, 15 minutes seems a lot more appropriate than seven and a half. That extra makes a difference. So that's all I got to say. And it costs me quite a bit of money for no visit.

Dr. Childers did what my other doctor couldn't do...she got my BP within a normal range. I've only been her patient for a brief time. I was with my other doctor for decades. Should have switched sooner.

I followed Childers from Jerseyville because she is excellent. I never feel rushed with her she listens and cares. She is one of the best out there

I didn’t feel rushed at all! I was able to talk about my concerns and not feel pressured to get it over with soon.

FNP Childers was incredibly compassionate and thorough in her care and I hope she is recognized for that. She made me feel seen and understood without judgement. She's professional while being approachable, having one of the best bed-side manners I have seen in a long time. I can't praise her enough.

EVERYONE was excellent and VERY professional...!!!

Nothing can be done to improve the already AWESOME staff and my AWESOME nurse practitioner. Kristen Childers hands down is the BEST ever. She totally care about her patients and spends the time needed and NEVER rushes out of your appointment with her. On a scale of 1-10 I give her a 50. Kristen is the best... Thank you kristin and the staff.
