This was the first time I met Dr. Swarupa and she was very kind and concerned for me. She always made sure I understood what she was doing and why she was doing it.

She was very personal and had read my previous history with diverticulitis and did not waste time in ordering tests immediately. Her bedside manner was very pleasant.

Dr. Chilakapati has a calming affect on whatever health concerns she has for me. She is able to relay the personal care that needs to be taken with the patient by not only being informative but encouraging.

After her in room consult she never came back in with any recommendations. We didn't knowif our visit was over or not . No prescriptions. No advise, no nothing.

I just wished she would have said is there anything else that you have? I did have another thing to discuss with her, but she left the room quickly because she thought we were done. I tried to tell her nurse, but she was very new and didn't have a clue. But its the first time that this has happened.

Love Dr. Craig and don't want to switch, but want to be seen by Dr. C when she is not available because I felt so comfortable with Dr. C and she was so thorough and took the time needed to give me great care and so did her nurse!!!!
