We never felt rushed. The doctor explained everything very clearly and gave us helpful handouts. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Ponko is an outstanding physician. She excells answering questions, regarding the science involved in testing and treating hearing loss using all of the available data.
