I took an appointment with J Chiambretti because I could not get an appointment my PC Dr. Perkins. I thought the doctor was very good. He spent a lot of time with me and asked a lot of questions. The problem happened after the appointment when I found out that he did not transmit one of two rx's. I called the office about this and hours later he sent in the rx. I had a question when I got the rx, called and he never never called back. I called twice the next day and again never received a call from him or his staff.

Dr. Jeff was knowledgeable and friendly. We had an in-person visit scheduled, but due to a power issue with the building, Dr. Jeff quickly pivoted to a virtual visit.

Dr. Chiambretti went over all my bloodwork with me and allowed me the time to ask any questions. He also gave me some advice about lowering my blood pressure and LDL.

MY wife and myself had to find a new Doctor rather quickly, due to our previous dr leaving .And after my wife did some checking ,Trinity Health was the closest, and after the first appointment, the rest is history ! From the front desk to the to Doctor J.Chiambretti,is the best choice for us,So if you need a health care team that cares,,this is the place.!!! 5 stars all the way‼️

I’ve been looking for new primary care physician as mine retired. I came across Dr Chiambretti on the Trinity website Have seen him twice and am extremely impressed with his care, interest in my concerns and professionalism. I made the right choice. Highly recommended Dr Chiambretti to anyone needing to find a caring physician!
