Made a same day appt for ultrasound from my car. Sent picture of order on my phone. Took me immediately. Technician and front office were wonderful to deal with. Would recommend to anyone.

Please consider best practices on delivering bad news and speaking to customers @ the Bowie location. After a terrible experience at Bowie this morning, Lauren really turned my experience around. Thank you! The Columbia location was much friendlier.

My doctor ordered a stat MRI of my wrist. From scheduling to check in to procedure my experience was great. The receptionist made every effort to find a first available appointment. When I arrived early the next morning, my check-in went smoothly and the wait time was brief. My technician Lauren was cheerful and helpful. She was very intentional about making me feel comfortable since I had to lay on my stomach with an outstretched arm, an injured shoulder and a swollen wrist for the duration of the process. It was a wonderful experience.

Quick, prompt. Privacy notice wasn't given or shown, but advised online. Tiffany didn't introduce herself and didn't check and make sure I was ok before going in machine. Unknown if I'll return for services.
