I like the new system where you check in at the desk and go straight back to the exam room and meet with the nurse. Great idea! I also like the nurse Sarah. She is great! I’m glad she takes care of me too when I get there. Dr. Stroup is the best doctor at MercyOne. Her and her staff are the reasons I go to MercyOne. Great team!

I am very comfortable with Dr. Stroup and I feel she listens carefully to my concerns and questions. She understands my concerns and is always encouraging and thorough. She takes her time with me and I never feel rushed. I like how she assesses things carefully and doesn’t rush into any unnecessary treatment, but also doesn’t hesitate to provide the treatment I need. Dr. Stroup is the best and I have complete trust in her!

The placing of Urgent Care in this office is putting the patients of Dr Stroup in a greater chance of picking up illnesses. The placement of this should be revisited as there must be a way to offer the service without exposing persons coming in for physicals or blood work from being in the same area. The waiting rooms are separate but everything else is doubled up. Poor location for Urgent Care.
