Dr. Chen asks good questions, listens to the answers and is always willing to discuss something that might be an issue. He explains results and his advice in a way that is easy to understand and he is considerate of any concerns I might have.

He is very real. He seems very interested and concerned. Is willing to explain and/or answer questions. Tries to find reason for discomfort mentioned and not anxious to give a sedative to dull the pain, but rather fix the problem! What a BLESSING! Too many doctors just cover up the pain and forget about it. He does not. Thank God for a doctor like that.

The office got me in quickly and Dr Chen was great. When I had a question after the visit the doctor even responded to my email in MyChart well after working hours going into a holiday weekend calling in a supplemental prescription. You can't ask for any more then that. I'm just down because my insurance company limited the doctors choices on what he could prescribe that was covered and Walmart will take a week to get what he prescribed.

My Dr Chen, I'm very comfortable with him being that I knew him doing his residency in Manchester office. He was easy to talk to which when I could I went with him. He speaks clear and direct to me and I feel I can relax and speak freely. Makes all the difference in my care.
