Online notes post visit must be just a template. Persistent sore throat was one of my complaints, discussion of weak bladder progression was not addressed…this visit was intending to be focused on the “osteopathic” attributes of Dr. chen

I have been with Dr. Chen since he was a 1st yr resident and he has been able to control my chronic pain better than medications and invasive procedures. he addresses all my concerns and offers options for addressing concerns. he lets me make my own decisions regarding my health, giving me options
