Dr. Chen spent more time with me than any doctor ever has. He listened well, asked good questions, explained things in a way I could understand. He was excellent and kind.

My symptoms were not fitting the diagnosis we expected; there was no clear answer available. Dr Chen didn't stop there. He took time to discuss possibilities, and laid out a plan of next steps for getting more data. While disappointed, I knew I was compassionately held and that this is just another step in the journey.

There were one appointments scheduled at the same time as mine. So, therefore the wait was very long to see Dr. Chen. I was not happy at all!!

Dr. Edward Chen, MD and [staff], CNP provide exceptional care. They are compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, very approachable, respectful, responsive, and very giving of their expert time. I can't share enough superlatives about them both. Dr. Chen does a remarkable job of knitting together all my autoimmune conditions, how they Interact, and providing insightful guidance.

Dr. Edward Chen provides excellent and thorough care, going far beyond what a patient would anticipate. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable, understands the patient's perspective, kind, and courteous. Moreover, he sets a well-defined action plan and follows through. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chen and would recommend him without hesitancy.

Dr. Chen looks at the whole patient: asked about and helped me understand my current and ongoing cardiac issues. I prize his intelligence and caring attitude. He is one of my favorite doctors.
