Dr. Chen was kind, efficient, gentle. She listened to what I said and verified that she understood what I meant. She explained her findings in detail and had a very calming reassuring manner. This was the best encounter I have ever had from a Gyn Doctor.

My sister, the patient, can be difficult and due to her dementia she has trouble answering questions. This makes it very hard for the doctor to diagnose her issue. Dr. Chen was extremely patient and worked with my sister to get the information that she needed. She explained things clearly and also multiple times.
