I’ve been a patient of Dr. Charnley for I believe 15 years. He has always been attentive to medical situations especially when things got complicated. This visit was for my annual physical so things were pretty much routine.

When I would complain about being exhausted overweight for no parent reason and no energy I was always told wait until my next yearly physical. Also when I had a mass in my back the doctor that was filling in for my doctor said I could get an ultrasound or I could wait till my next physical. Waiting till my next physical is not Healthcare you're practicing insurance. You guys basically work for the insurance company not for your patience

I received a tragic medical diagnosis with one of my children and Dr Charnley arranged his schedule to fit me in. He took time to talk with me and made recommendations for me to cope. He is a very kind, compassionate doctor and has been great with helping me with my medical needs.
