I have always had a great experience when I visit with Charm and the staff at Virtua. Appointments are always on time and intake providers are professional and friendly. My questions are always answered and referrals given if needed. Charm is knowledgeable about my health issues and has taken the best care of me through the years.

I was very sick and squeezed in on a day they were fully booked. Every detail from the examination, efforts of the staff, and after visit summary could not have been better. Empathetic excellence all the way around.

I have been with Charm now for a number of years. She is an excellent primary care provider. She's caring, she's compassionate, she's knowledgeable, well-informed, pleasant, open-minded. I can't say enough positive adjectives about how I feel about her. She's been very helpful to me and I wouldn't think of changing providers. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody. That's how much I like her and how much I respect her and how much I have faith in what she tells me about my medical care. So I am very pleased with Charm and she's light-hearted and very pleasant to be around. So I really enjoy my visits with her.

Everyone in my family sees Dr Charm! We are all happy with the care she provides! Dr Charm listens to my symptoms/issues and explains treatments or tests to help whatever I am having a problem with!

Miss Lee's appointment schedule was completely full on my last minute request for her to see me that afternoon. The staff informed me that they were completely booked for the day. But because of my severe case of poison ivy I begged staff to please fit me in. Miss Lee was gracious to make the adjustment to fit me in.

I was put on a video to schedule an appointment. The person on there could not make the appointment. They said they would get back to me next day in the morning. No one ever contacted me the next day. I had to make my own appointment. I know this had nothing to do with the cinnaminson office who were very helpful
