This was my first appointment with Dr. Julao. I was very impressed with how well she knew my medical history and what action was needed to handle my medical needs! She was very understanding, kind and knowledgeable.

Wants to know about me, health issues, before going into discussion of my X-rays and lab work. Refilled my meds in real time, advised me on things need to do to improve diet and exercise in way that incorporated my needs so I can get better. Felt heard... That was a first in a long time.

Dr. Julao plays a key role in my ability to manage & understand my personal health in my senior years. She conducted this telehealth call from home in spite of the fact that she was ill which demonstrates her commitment to her patients.

Dr Julao showed a lot of empathy and interest in my Mom's overall wellbeing and health. She did not rush her the entire visit and scheduled a follow-up for a more in depth conversation / testing of some of the concerns we have.
