Dr. Nicholson is always attentive and thorough. Without wasting time he manages to seem and make me feel untrusted. He never makes me feel as though he's dictating, the relationship is a partnership. He also seems to have a great deal of knowledge that he wields without hesitation. Full marks, A+.

I have no issue with Dr. Nicholson. The one issue I have the delay of the attending physician to enter the examination room. If my appointment is at 3:40pm I am requested to arrive 15 minutes early and I do. I am in the examination room with my blood pressure, oxygen saturation, etc all completed by the appointment time. Then I routinely wait 30-40 minutes before the physician enters. Might be other needy patients but, if my appointment is at 3:40pm I do expect the physician to be in the room within 10 minutes.

My appointment was for 1:20pm and I was asked to arrive 15 min early which I did. I waited until I was finally seen by the doctor at 2:30pm. The wait was too long

Dr. Nicholson listened carefully and followed up on bloodwork done at the hospital. He messaged me to let me know he accessed and reviewed the results and faxed a clearance to my surgeon. Nice to be so well attended!

The data was cutting out at times but i beleve it was due to my wifi, of i were healthier i would have liked to have had an office visit but im greatful to have been able to see the doctor via telehealth
