Dr Cecil is a very knowledgeable doctor. He is personable and very easy to talk with. I come to Shannon from Abilene specifically to see him. He has been my dr for 7-8 years. His office staff is also nice, friendly and compassionate.

Receptionist very helpful, they tried to fit me in when I let her know I was in extreme pain. I praise God for Dr Cecil because I know he will do what's best for me. And the receptionist that fit me in praise God
