Other than having to wait 1 hour to see the doctor, the experience was wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I love Doctor Simpson. He is the very best. I was seen, also, by Doctor [ ]. My first time to see him, but he was so personable and gentle with me. The camera was not working right, therefore he had to try several times to get the picture he needed for a diagnosis on my throat. I got to meet three additional doctors , who were top notch as well. Overall, they made my visit very pleasant. The administrative staff are also excellent.

Dr. Simpson and resident Dr. [ ] were amazing. My experience with their clinic should be the gold standard that all medical services should strive to achieve. I was treated with care and concern, never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered. I felt they demonstrated a research driven approach to my diagnosis, and their care plan was artfully explained. I would recommend Dr. Simpson, his staff, and the entire UAB Otolaryngology Clinic to anyone seeking expert guidance with ENT concerns. 5 stars from start to finish.

Everyone was extremely nice and understanding of my anxiety during my exam. They made me feel at ease and I felt as though they were old friends. I trust them with my health problems. I don't mind driving 4 hours there and 4 hours back when I am treated like a person and not a number. Loved everyone there.
