The facility offered excellent service, but we experience trouble trying to locate a parking space. The staff were very kind and friendly. I loved the fact that they always wash their hands. They cared about not sharing germs. I loved that for my self and the other patients.

Dr Simpson and his staff believed me when others didn't. They listened to me and then sought about finding the proper line of treatment. Every step along the way, they respected me and listened. They were also very gracious in "teaching" me beyond what I already knew about vocal health. Not only have they helped my voice heal, but they have inspired me in future studies and career goals. I would highly (and have already) recommend others to the Voice Center. Their knowledge and experience is phenomenal, and I feel very comfortable trusting others' voices with them just as I do my own.

The best part of each visit in knowing that I am being cared for the best, Dr. Simpson is the most knowledgeable provider I have been associated with for my condition. He and his team is absolutely top notch.

I am such a wimp but everyone is so nice and makes me feel at ease. I live 4 hours away. Even though the trip is long I don't want to go anywhere else. Thank you for such a good care and concern for my condition.

All of the staff that I encountered was very friendly & pleasant to work with. The doctors were excellent in their examination & thorough explanation of everything was outstanding. I left with a lot of information & understanding of what my diagnosis & treatment plan.

Dr Simpson is a life saver. I drive from [ ] to stay under his care. He has a team the best care I professionals working with him and I am confident that I am receiving the best care available. His Residents are learning from the absolute best. He has a professional and caring team at UAB. The check in process is handled perfectly and the friendly reminders of upcoming appointments are a huge benefit especially if you have a busy schedule and also driving from [ ] to UAB for your care. Keep doing what your doing. I feel like I'm in the best hands for my treatments.

As a first time patient at UAB, I was extremely impressed with the entire experience! Very short wait time, excellent and thorough exam with detailed explanations and professional staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I can’t wait for my next appt!
