Dr. Simpson and his inner office staff are great. Front desk, not so much. I went to checkout and was rudely told by one of the desk women to go down the hallway to a window and check out. When I got to the window, I was completely ignored for about 15 minutes by a young man who obviously did not care if I stood there all day. When he finally acknowledged me,he was nice but if a patient is standing there in front of you, is it appropriate to ignore them for ten or more moments until you decide to acknowledge them? If don’t want to deal with patients then just move on. NOT a good experience.

I live 4 hours away. It is definitely worth the time to travel to know I am getting the best care possible. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Simpson and his team.
