Great communication before the appointment via emails and phone call. Check in was great, the speech therapist, PA and Dr were so nice and helpful. It was a really good first visit. I’m so glad to have another great team to support me.

I feel like I received the best care possible. Beyond that, I felt the people truly care about what they do and for their patients. Finally, had relatively short wait times and fely my time wes never wasted. The only suggestion is the people at the front desk don't seem to have adopted the same culture.

From registration to checkout , did not encounter one rude, "don't have time for you" staff member. All staff ( physicians, nurse, lab tech, front desk) were great.
