Dr Charles listened intently to what I was describing about what I felt in my right knee and was satisfied with condition. A MRI is being scheduled as a precautionary measure.

Dr Demarco was clear, concise and honest. I am so happy that I went to see him as I got a detailed understanding of my diagnosis and what to do going forward. His bedside manner was exemplary; putting me at ease and, at the same time, giving me much needed information about what to do with my shoulder. He is the best.!!!!!

Yes, when I called to make the appointment, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and found my information in the system very quickly. I made my appointment. I arrived a couple minutes early. Dr. Demarco saw me right on time and spent a lot of time with me. Both the staff and Dr. Demarco were familiar with my health history and the staff went through the HIPAA notifications and those things because for some reason it wasn't updated through my visits for this year. And going forward, I think I'd definitely use Dr. Demarco again. He did a fantastic job and I was very pleased.
