We visited Dr. Cheema Charan for my 8-year-old son, and the experience was extremely reassuring and positive from start to finish. From the moment we met her, she was kind, patient, and very attentive, which immediately put both my child and us at ease. Dr. Cheema Charan carefully examined my son and accurately identified the infection. She took the time to clearly explain the condition, the precautions we needed to follow, and the medication in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out the most was how thoroughly she explained the diet that should be followed during recovery and why it was important. Her approach showed genuine care, empathy, and a deep understanding of a child’s pain and discomfort. She listened patiently, answered all our questions, and made sure we were confident about the treatment and next steps. Most importantly, my son felt comfortable and cared for, which means a lot as a parent. We truly felt that he was in safe and capable hands.
