I had been with my old PCP for many years . I had to find a new PCP and picked Dr Chappel. I was nervous about it because I did not think I could like anyone as much as my old doctor but I love Dr Chappel !

Dr. Chappell remembered little details like the ages of my kids even without the use of notes during our visit (technical glitch). His listening and attention to detail were remarkable.

I feel that Dr Chappell is an extraordinary Doctor!! He took time to listen, helped me with several issues I had been struggling with before having him as my doctor. He had me see a specialist right away for a blood disorder that he picked up on. I know that I am being Very well taken care of with a new condition I will have the rest of my life.!! I know I am in excellent hands!!! I feel that he truly cares about my physical and mental health as well!!

Dr.Chappell was extraordinary in the care he provided. I have been to many doctors over my lifetime, but few have taken the time to be as thorough and caring as he has. English is my second language, so it takes patience to really explain and make sure I understand what is being said, and Dr.Chappell made sure if this. He knows how to properly care for people, the way a good doctor from another time would have done. I feel lucky to have found him.

Dr. Chappell was extraordinary. I work in healthcare and this physician needs to be cloned. This was my first encounter with him, and he is kind, personable, caring, and knowledgeable, and has a way of putting you at ease. We moved here from Ohio and it is difficult making the transition to a new provider, but it was seamless with him.

Dr Chappell really takes time and truly cares for his patent. On two occasions he has taken the time out of his day to call me jumself on the phone to discuss health related issues. This truly impresses me.

The entire staff was excellent! Dr Chappell was extraordinary!! He really listened to me, gave me excellent advise and care!! He took time to address every concern and issue I had as a new patient! I haven’t had a doctor like Dr Chappell make me feel so comfortable and sooo helpful at a first time visit. I will definitly recommend him to friends and family! I am looking forward to having him take great care of my husband and I in the future!! Especially as we are entering our 70’s!!

Dr was VERY attentive and wasn't at all critical about any care I've been receiving outside of his practice and seemed very conscious of the reasons why and was very supportive of that.

Dr. Chappell has an excellent bedside manner. He explains everything in detail but not too overwhelming. He is very thorough with his examination. I am so impressed with the care that I received from him.
