Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Chappell is extremely thorough , takes time to really listen therefore is soooo helpful in his treatment plans. He is very knowledgeable in so many areas of physical and mental health. I feel that I am in great hands now and in the future! Couldn’t be any better!!!

It was perfect!!!!

I continue to be amazed at the time and care Dr. Chappell gave me. In addition he was interested in hearing what I had to say about my current health status. I’m so impressed and thankful he takes the time and is so thorough in his questions about me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. Could not have been better.

My doctor is genuinely concerned about my total well being. He listens well and offers alternative options. I am especially appreciative that he respects my decisions. I feel very blessed to be his patient!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Chappell was outstanding. His way of treating me makes me feel heard and respectes. I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing could have madeu visit better. Dr.Chappell sets the tone for the atmosphere of the office and everyone matches his friendly and professional way.

The service and care that Dr. Chappell and his staff provided was exceptional. They are friendly, efficient, professional, and compassionate. All providers should look to this team as an example for exceptional patient care delivery.

Dr. Chappel is very attentive and let me go over everything I wanted to discuss. He reviewed and renewed my meds. We discussed necessary tests and wrote referrals for those. I couldn't ask for anyone better.

The entire visit went smoothly. Dr. Chappell was most attentive and was careful to address my questions and concerns. The nurse was delightful and professional and successfully kept me at ease.

Dr Chappelle demonstrated extraordinary excellence in his reviews of my medical history, and his listening skills to understand that which was not in the history. I came in with multiple concerns but he didn't limit my time or number of questions. He was an active listener and asked appropriate questions to clarify what was needed. He was understanding and not pushy. This was the best office visit that I have had in at least a decade. My hat's off, and my thanks, to Dr. Chappelle!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Chappell was everything I had hoped he’d be. I’m a new patient with health issues and he was responsive and thoughtful during our visit. I feel he and I will be in the same page moving forward in our relationship. His nurse assistant and the lady who did my blood draw were exceptional.

Dr. Chappell was excellent! He is a new provider for me and I was nervous about finding someone I liked as much as my previous provider. He exceeded my expectations in a primary care provider. I’m excited to have him on my health care team.

I started looking for a new primary provider last fall. I booked with Dr Chappell. He is very thorough and an excellent communicator. I was seeking a true “partner” as I age and make decisions re my health care and I believe I have found him.

I had been with my old PCP for many years . I had to find a new PCP and picked Dr Chappel. I was nervous about it because I did not think I could like anyone as much as my old doctor but I love Dr Chappel !
