What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr Chappell is the best physician I’ve been to in a very long time. He listens, and is very thorough in the examination. He explains completely and clearly, and addresses all concerns. I can’t imagine a better concern and response from a physician than he provides.
The staff are pleasant and professional, displaying excellent patient care.

The entire staff was very friendly and very warm. I really did enjoy my initial visit with the physician. He seemed to be very attentive and very concerned about the questions that I had and he answered them with clarity and I just really enjoyed my visit.

Dr. Chappell is a very, very thorough and good doctor, very kind and explained things very well to me. Really appreciate the care he gives to each of us. My wife attends as well. He brought me to him and recommended him and I'm glad I switched to him.

Dr. Chappell is a good listener and asks pertinent questions to address my health issues. He is always respectful and willing to work with me in selecting a good resolution to each problem. He seems well connected with his peers, and his referrals have been equally skilled. I couldn't be more pleased!

I really appreciate Dr. Chappell and the entire staff at BJC office. They are very helpful, kind. He listens to my concern. Any questions that I have, he'll answer them. So I am very highly satisfied with my professional, with my doctor and his nurses and staff.

Dr Chappell is the most kind, compassionate and knowledgeable primary care provider whom I have ever seen. He listens thoughtfully and intently to my questions and concerns and is never dismissive. BJC is lucky to have him!!!

I went in to see Dr. Chappelle after my PC retired. Glad I did. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He answered my questions & I didn't feel rushed. Very happy about this visit.

I switched over to Dr. Chappel after my previous doctor formed a limited practice and I have to say that I am very impressed.

The doctor was great and I felt confident I was getting straight answers. I have not felt that way about other doctors and NPs at this practice.

Dr. Chappell is wonderful. He took time to answer my questions in a caring and respectful manner, provide answers in a clear and concise fashion and gave me his full attention, knowledge and support. I am proud to be a part of Team Chappell.

Dr. Chappell is certainly a kind gentleman and takes his patients seriously and listens to us with full attention. While he is, of course, busy but he is never in rush to get away from his patients.
