Very impressed! The staff were very helpful and professional. The doctor spent a lot of time with me and I never felt rushed. Very caring and kind! So glad I chose UAB!

We are extremely happy with the clinic. We followed Dr. Brown from UAB downtown to Leeds. She is an amazing physician. The front office staff are pleasant and efficient. Erin is always smiling and kind. We look forward to going to the UAB Leeds Clinic.

The doctor was direct to all points of the meds and the reactions. The doctor was always explaining and answering about the whole sequence.

The physician, nurse, and phlebotomist I saw were all excellent. Took great care to explain exactly what they were doing, answered all my questions, and had a wonderful manner. I am always very happy with UAB Leeds.

It takes too long to get an appointment. I don't like that my doctor isn't there every day. If I'm sick I'll have to go to an urgent care because you do t take walk ins unless already established there. If then. Although my care has been great it's run like a business not a place that cares about people.

Schedule should be updated weekly because we've showed up for an appointment and there wasn't any in the system. Even though we got a text of confirmation and time to check in
